Took my BMW here to get some repairs done. Honestly, they seem to know BMWs better than most dealers I've been to. The staff were really friendly and super knowledgeable about my car. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I definitely won't hesitate to go straight here next time I need services for my BMW.

Best Motor Werks completed a post purchase inspection and oil change after my 2020 BMW X3 M40i was delivered from Florida to Ohio. The timing was perfect because I had a rare out of state work trip and was looking forward to taking the new ride. The car passed inspection flying colors, which gave me more confidence, taking it out on a extended trip. I drove over 1400 miles in five days through the mountains of Virginia, West Virginia, and Maryland without any issues at all. I appreciate the service and post purchase inspection Best Motor Werks completed and you can bet that I'll be calling on Best Motor Werks for all of my BMW service and repair needs!

Had some work done on my F10 5 Series. Rufus and John were great to communicate with! Prices are fair and the work was done professionally. They did a full inspection and suggested other work with time lines for when they recommended it be done by based on urgency. I never felt like they were ever trying to upsell me. Great shop to take your BMW to and I will definitely be going back to them for future work!

I took my vehicle here for a diagnosis to a fuse issue that was happening with my power steering and speedometer. They had a waitlist and worked me in I received my car back within 48 hours and to my surprise they also fixed my fogged headlight and attached my bumper I had previously pulled off from a low curb. This place goes above and beyond when it comes to vehicle SERVICE. Highly recommend anyone with a Beamer to check this place out. They did all this with also being very affordable. I will not trust anyone else other than Rufus and John with this company with my BMW.

Had Best replace the battery in a Z4. This is more involved than a simple battery swap — with these cars a new battery needs to be “registered” with the car’s CPU to avoid the charging system overcharging the replacement. Seems BMW’s made the electric system smart, just not smart enough. Anyway, Best Motor Works got the job done real quickly and at a price significantly less than the BMW dealer wanted. The zed is now happy in the garage, sitting on a tender, waiting for spring. Real pleased with the maintenance Best did and will be using them in the future for all my BMW needs. Thanks Rufus and John for the great experience!
